Cancellation Policy

Morocco Nomadic Tours

To confirm a booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit secures your reservation and covers planning and operational costs.

An advance payment of 30% of the total tour price is required 30 days prior to arrival.
The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before arrival via bank transfer, or in cash on the first day of the tour by prior agreement.

Accepted cash currencies: EUR, USD, or MAD.

Cancellation Terms

More than 30 days before arrival: deposit retained, other payments refunded
30–15 days before arrival: deposit + advance payment retained
14 days or less / No-show / Early departure: 100% charged

No refunds apply for unused services.

By confirming a booking, the client accepts this policy in full.
